I get a Red Screen of Death while gaming?

Sometimes when I play a video game in full screen mode I will come up with the red screen of death. While playing some games the screen will turn bright red, I will hear a "durrrr" sound and my computer will restart. I have heard that this could be a motherboard issue but I am not so sure. I also bent one of my CPU pins but I got it fixed. I am not so sure if that could be the problem. Here is my parts list.

Sounds like your GPU could be dying

I had a similar thing going on with my i74790k and SLI GTX 980's. I didn't get the red screen and sound was more like "gurrrr" before the restart. Turned out there was an ECO button on my PSU so I turned that **** off and problem went away. Just saying more often than not that problems like this are PSU issues.

I also sometimes get a blue screen of death. So far I have had two of these problems:

1st problem: IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

2nd problem System Thread Exception Not Handled wdf01000.sys

I fixed the first problem but not the second one.
