I want to build a home micro server, I need a case

So I really love the "idea" of the HP mediasmart ex4** series Windows Home Servers or even the Gen8 Proliant Microservers. I love the case design on either of them. Are there any comparable case manufacturers that make a similar case design? The general idea is a mini-itx case with 4 front loaded hard drives plus, I assume, an internal SSD. And make the case as tiny as possible? Included power supply isn't a must, but it would be handy to have one included especially if it is one of the SFF power supplies.

I like the fractal case. The Istar is good too but not the price. I might just get another cooler master elite 130. I have one for my htpc and it can easily be modded for about 6 HDDs

Have you looked at the bitfenix prodigy or prodigy m? I own one and while I built mine for gaming, the way it is setup out of the box makes it pretty apparent that it had "micro server" in mind.

I really like the Bitfenix cases. Which case do you own? The prodigy or prodigy M with a micro ATX case?

I have the itx prodigy case. The macro atx case doesn't really make sense for gaming due to heat dispersion and what not. itx suits my needs perfectly.

For a home server however, I can definitely see there being advantages in going with a micro atx board. Really depends on how crazy you decide to go with it lol.

But more to the point, I love my case.
