Why are there 2 different temperatures for my cpu cores?

It seems that both are different but one must be from the mobo and the other from cpu? Idk, lol. Any help on understanding this would be great. Thanks!

Temp 4 is probably not in use so it gets confused. I have seen similar temps on almost all my builds, no worries. Nuvoton is an additional monitoring/control system from what I read. I am not familiar with it.

Temp 4 isn't for the CPU. It is something else.
