Error: Driver PNP Watchdog

Hey guys, so I've been trying to reinstall Windows 10 64-bit to my system, due to my system having 32-bit Windows. I made the bootable USB stick with Windows Creation Tool, and then went and boot into BIOS. I then boot into the UEFI USB stick, and then it goes to the Asus loading page, and a couple minutes later it goes BSoD with the error Driver PNP Watchdog... Any help would be appreciated.

There are numerous threads about the Driver PNP Watchdog. I presume PNP to be plug and play, so I immediately suspected a hardware issue... it seems after some reading that Win 10 does not always play well with people's hardware, or even their Anti-virus.

Do you have a generic mouse and keyboard, that you can use instead? (By generic I mean no bell's and whistles that require unique drivers)

What USB drive are you trying to install from? Have you tried a disc?

Sorry for the super super late response, as I am not that active here. I have already fixed the problem just last night. As I suspected it was interfering with the old files on my HDD, so I nuked it with DBAN, and works fine now. Thank you though for trying to help.
