"The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled." Help i don't really know what this means.

one sata port will be disabled so unless your gonna be using a lot of hdds and since theres only hdd you'll be fine

If you populate an M.2 slot, one of the SATA ports (for 3.5/2.5 Hard drives and SSDs) will be disabled.
