Windows will probably update to the latest driver's on its own when you install it. If you have any problems getting the display correct or running specific programs, you can usually down load drivers from the manufacture's website. ie. Asus. They you just install any programs you think you might want or need. ie. Steam for games, Open office for productivity, etc.

first check BIOS to make sure everything is detected and working. after installing windows you will want to get drivers, such as GPU drivers ect.
