I have this wireless networking card that was in an old computer and i want to know if i need anything to plug into this outlet

You can use the part number of the card to websearch/identify the card and corresponding specs.

The image at your link displays the card with two white stickers. One or both of them may have P/N... or something similar to indicate part number.

My guess is that it's some sort of header for an internal antenna, so no. Try it and see if it works without anything plugged in there.

I can't get a good look at the port, but I think it is something like this. That is just a USB cable that plugs into the motherboard header and then the card. I am not positive as to what it is for. You can try installing the card and seeing what doesn't work on it or if Windows is picking it up at all.
