Would you be comfortable using BCDEdit to delete those 4 records from the boot manager?

Make a bootable image using rufus, or something, go to "advanced" when you go to install win 10. All partitions will show, delete them all and then format them and combine them together "new" from that screen, it will make like a 350mb partion leave that alone and install on the biggest partition. This will also create a new mbr. It's the easiest way toget out of that without having to learn boot records and maybe messing the drive completely. Good luck.
