Basically I've had some time off of college and I decided to go work for a year, which has left me with a bit of money and now I'd like to finally build my own computer.
Anyway other than the list below I have a few questions.
What are some beginner mistakes people tend to make that I'd be advised to stear clear of?
Is it worth getting two of the same gaming monitors or should I rather skim it a bit, and say, get one gaming monitor as my main monitor and one cheaper one on the side? Ofcourse not planning on playing two games at the same time so it seems logical not to drop the same amount of money on the same monitors when they're both not going to be used as heavily.
Anyway I would, ofcourse, also like it to be a dual monitor setup.
- Budget: 2000-3000 euros. I've always wanted a gaming PC ever since I was a young boy, so dont shame me for dropping big.
- Location: Netherlands
- Use (gaming, rendering, etc): Gaming, watching movies and series, VR once I get the headset.
- Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): The budget above is excluding peripherals, however I'd still love to see recommendations for monitors as I'm really new in that aswell and with the wide variety of different monitors its quite intimidating.
- Operating System required: Windows 10
Would love to hear your advice on this.
