Light inside computer blinks randomly

Hey been having this weird problem ever since I've had my CPU cooler from Corsair installed. So the RGB on the Corsair CPU cooler and the MSI graphics card logo that is lit up both blink every half hour at minimum, they just blink once, off and back on at the same time. This is weird because my GPU is listed at 55C and my CPU is at 37C under load. My PSU should not be affected because pcpartpicker says my build should be only around 350 watts, while my PSU is 750watts. When the lights turn off for that millisecond, my monitors stay on and are unaffected, performance wise nothing is affected as well.

My pc: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/derpybob/saved/H3Ytgs CPU: Intel - Core i7-5820K 3.3 GHz 6-Core Processor Motherboard: ASRock - X99 Extreme4 ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard Video Card: MSI - GeForce GTX 970 4 GB Twin Frozr V Video Card Power Supply: Cooler Master - 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
