3 pin to 4 Pin?

So I have a AIO rgb Controller and it has a 3 pin rgb header to be plugged into the motherboard. However, my Strix B450-F only has 4 Pin rgb fan headers. I already have the gable cable to be plugged in but I need to some how connect the two cables. Any good adapters for 3 -> 4 pin?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think one is 5v and the other is 12v, so I don't think you can just use a cable adapter, you'll need some sort of active controller.

I have the same problem almost. I have a 3 pin connector but dont know where to put it. I have CPU_FAN connector which sounds like the right placement but i just cant seem to find clarification on it :/
