I've been looking at m.2 SSD's to upgrade in the near future and i'm stuck between these two turns out these have similar write and read speeds to Samsung's 900 series EVO's and PRO's for a fraction of a price, plus 3d NAND. the 920 has slightly slower write speed however has 512mb of cache, the 950 has slightly higher write speed although no cache, i don't know much when it comes to a drive's cache, so please help me find out which one may be faster and/or more efficient.
