Need a Monitor for first build

I'm building my first gaming pc and I'd like a good monitor for under 250AUD, even if it's just some monitor spec suggestions it would help greatly. Here's my build so you can get an idea of the boundaries I need to work with: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/hJ3psZ

Note that at that price you should be looking at a 1660 like this instead of a 1060 6GB. If you were looking to save a few bucks, the RX580 8GBs are a chunk cheaper and perform similar to the 1060 6GB.

Also of note would be the Cougar MX340 case and the newer but not modular CX550 PSU.

For a monitor, you would be looking at something like this one or for a little above your budget you start getting into 144Hz VA panels like this. This 144Hz TN panel is a good option if you don't mind/want TN.
