Trying to build a new pc but can't get it to display anything.

At first was using an iGame Z370 Vulcan X for the MOBO, thought it was a MOBO-CPU compatibility issue, switched to a new one which supports 9th Gen CPUs, but still same result.

MOBO: ASRock Fatal1ty B360 Gaming K4 CPU i5-9600K RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2800 (PC4 22400) PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1+ GPU: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 Blower

Got to make sure all your power is connected to the GPU and MB. Also make sure your memory is seated properly. If you can test with a different GPU that would be ideal.
