WD Blue 3D NAND cache?

Does the Western Digital Blue 3D NAND ssd have dram cache? If so, how much?

I have searched Amazon, NewEgg, YouTube, but haven't found anything definitive. They do mention DRAM, but I'm not sure if they are referring to the actual flash memory or the cache (I don't totally understand all of the technical details).

In particular, I am looking at the WD Blue 3D NAND 1T (WDS100T2B0A).

Thanks!

One SSD controller manufacturer, SandForce, does not use an external DRAM cache on their designs, but still achieve very high performance. Eliminating the external DRAM enables a smaller footprint for the other flash memory components in order to build even smaller SSDs.Maybe western digital does the same.
