That seems like a really good price.
Ugh, 10-bit capable panel that isn't IPS or VA.. Makes no sense! Still waiting for an affordable 4K IPS monitor.
It's available where I live for $600 CAD, which is REALLY Cheap for what you're getting. I've been using it for few days now.
The TN Panel is definitely one of the best TN's I've used, much better than Dell's 28" 4k Monitor, very impressive for what it is. It has a Response time of 1ms GTG which is very odd, but it's a plus.
It also supports 60hz (w/ DP 1.2) which is a huge thing in my books, unlike Dell's 28" 4k which only supports 30hz. It has a "Semi-Glossy" finish which is fine for me, because I use my PC nowhere near windows.
Support for 10bit Colour is nice, but there's really no benefit for this monitor.
I would say the Biggest downfall is the Stand, it's pretty lackluster. The stand doesn't have any Adjustment options.
I own an Ergotron Monitor stand so it's not an issue for me.
Thank you for your review! Do you live anywhere near toronto? I'm really close to there on the states side. I'd take the drive to buy that monitor for 600.
Ugh, I think I should stated the City I reside in. It's available in Vancouver but that's on the other side of Canada. I'm not sure about the Retailers in Toronto, maybe you should just wait for Release on Amazon or something.
