Compatibility Issue regarding SATA ports

While finishing up my build I got this issue to come up- Note: The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

What exactly does this mean? Will I have any issues? Here is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pFnM9J

Thanks

Your mobo's manual will indicate which ports will be disabled and should illustrate their position (in mine it's port #5 and 6). Just plug into ports 1-4.

It means just what it says. That board has 6 SATA ports and 2 of them will be disabled leaving enough for 4 more drives so no problems.
