Your RAM could be unstable. Sometimes you can just raise the voltage from 1.5V to 1.65 and it works.

It's probably most likely either your CPU or RAM. If your thermal paste is not applied properly, when you open a game, there will not be enough heat transfer to keep your CPU cool. I would monitor your CPU temperatures, and make sure they don't go above 80 degrees celsius, using something like CoreTemp. If that isn't the problem, and you haven't overclocked your CPU, it's more likely a RAM issue. I've never had to fix one of those, so if it is a RAM issue, you may want to ask someone else.
