PC not starting at all no components turn on when hitting start button

So I'll start by saying this is nowhere near my first and I've helped build around 6-7 computers for friends and family but the issue I've encountered has been entirely unique. So we put the entire build together and when trying to turn it on it's not starting at all. My first thought was that it was the front panel connector because I've had similar problems where I wired the front panel connectors incorrectly but in this instance, they were all in one front connector instead of individually spread out. When checking the connector it looked like potentially some of the pins could be missing https://imgur.com/oSGWJw9 . I think I am going to try testing the front panel connector but idk if that could cause any issues.
