I am someone who wants to stream 1080p at 60 fps using an elgato HD60 to a pc I was running fine on my old pc for a while but started dropping frames when using more advanced overlays anyone wanna make me a part list!

ok so.... if its you fist pc i recomend you to buy a used build and if you want to make your first pc buy a old pc for maximum 100$ to disassemble it and reassemble and see if its working and if the pc is working really good you will be able to pay 700$ for your first real build beccause its a lot of money 700$ thats what i made
