Broadwell Bios Update

I am seeing this message in my part list:

Warning! Some Intel X99 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Broadwell-E CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

Any easy way to fix this myself? Newbie here.

I don't know why you would be building with a 6850k when it gets beat by a much lower priced 8700k.

From your saved parts list 800 bucks less with better performance.

Hey there! Thanks very much, the challenge was that I picked up these parts a while ago (early 2017) but never got around to put the rig together. Finally getting the time to get this done so decided to kickstart the project. thanks for the additional info.
