Whenever I try to connect my mouse into the monitor, the lights on it turn on but there is no movement. + I cannot connect my ps4 controller into it. Any solution?

Do you have a usb-cable plugged into your pc from the monitor?

I just bought one and it doesn't work. Is there a specific port I should connect it into?

What cable have you actually purchased?

You must connect this cable to enable the internal Monitor USB hub thus powering the USB ports of your Monitor.

I believe those USB ports on the monitor are for USB flash drives only. You should be connecting your mouse, PS4 controller, etc into a USB port on the desktop itself.
