No post, 1 long beep, 2 short. VGA led lights up on mobo

My pc works fine, then suddenly not booting up.

My mobo is not detecting my gpu, i bought a new mobo as I thought its my mobo thats the issue. So Im thinking maybe its my PSU not giving enough power, but the tech diagnose the issue and use lower GPU that doesn't need 6 pins, and it works.

my GPU fans doesn't spin at all when I turn it on, seems the mobo not detecting it.

Ryzen 7 2700x 2x8GB 3200mhz GTX 1070 (not detecting) 650 watts psu

Thank you in advance. I hope there’s still a way to fix this without buying a new GPU..
