This is my current build. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/Fcr3CL All I really play are games like WoW, SC2, etc. I use 2-3 screens (2 acers+1 55inch smart tv for media) Resolutions are typically at 1080p.

The 1050 Ti I've had has served me nicely, but its starting to die and I'm seeking to replace it. Performance wise, its all I've really needed so far. My monitors are already freesync (75hz), so I don't mind going the AMD route. Should I pick up a RX 590 if I can spot one at a good price, or get a 1660 ti?

Heck why not the RX 580? It will do nicely at one heck of a good price. Good bump in performance on the 1050TI as well.

Since the monitors have Display Port you can use Freesync with both companies cards.

I would look at a 1660, Blizzard titles favor NVidia, and until AMD replaces Polaris WoW is a better stress test then Furmark for a 570/580/590 which is their only offerings in the price range.
