My first build, not working properly.

So I recently bought all my new parts for my first pc. I decided to get the full experience and try to put the thing together myself. The pc turns on, but my monitor flicks on and off. I’m thinking maybe I have a cable in the wrong place. https://youtu.be/n0mCTNqx-NU

Something similar happened to me after full installing all my components except that my motherboard supports from Windows version 10 (1903). And I was installing from a CD that had old version windows 10 (1703). I just reinstall all my drivers because i was replacing motherboard and CPU. I have trouble with gpt disk partition too. I don't know if this information is useful to you but check it out. Sorry for my english not my native language.
