XFX 550W / Seasonic 520W / EVGA 500W / Corsair

Hi all,

This is my build. I am trying to choose between power supplies. I was looking at the XFX 550W because it has a good reputation, as does the Seasonic 520W PSUs, but I noticed how much cheaper the EVGA and Corsair PSUs are. I'd like to cut down the price of my build, if possible, so could someone give me advice on which PSUs to pick?

Thanks so much!

XFX PSUs are pretty much Seasonic rebrands, and are at the top of the market. I'd try and get an 80+ Bronze at least, so EVGA's is out. I'd still pick XFX's or Seasonic, but if you really can't, then the EVGA and Corsair will work fine too.

Another vote for Seasonic or XFX. Some have stated that the fans used in the XFX is slightly louder than those in the Seasonic. You can narrow down the selection even further, by deciding whether you want modular or not. Modular would only leave you with Seasonic M12II series.
