This is my very first PC build and I would like to get everything right (duh). I've already purchased the CPU and the mobo. However, I got some warning notes from PPP about the following;

• Note:The Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 420mm long, but video cards over 280mm may block drive bays. Since the PowerColor Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Red Devil Video Card is 300mm long, some drive bays may not be usable. The Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower Case hard drive bays are positioned where some of the bays may be physically blocked when using longer video cards.

• Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.

I'm not really sure how to check this so I'm hoping for someone to help me. Also, is this memory better than the one I listed?
