depends what you use it for. no matter what you can come up with a situation where you'll be bottlenecked.

To be frank I wouldn't buy that CPU/Motherboard for the same money you could get a Ryzen 2600 and appropriate motherboard that would be much more suitable regardless of what your gonna use it for...
