Will my older PSU work in my new system?

I bought this PSU a few years ago for my current system when my original PSU gave out. It currently powers a Intel Core2Quad Q6600, GeForce 8800GTX on a Asus P5K Deluxe mobo... yes, a little outdated haha.

Anyways, I'm planning to put together a new PC in the next week or so and plan on using my current PSU for the new build. Anybody see any compatibility issues? Or should I look into a new PSU?

Thanks for any help.

Here's my list of new parts:
