Windows 10 Page Fault In Non Paged Area Error, After Reboot Monitor No Longer Works With PC

Hi,

Not sure if I am posting this in the correct spot but thought I would send this question out and see if anyone else had this issue or maybe knows how to correct it.

I was playing a game on steam then all of a sudden I get the Windows blue screen that says Page Fault In Non Paged Area and it says that it needs to collect information and then it will restart my pc. A percentage comes on goes all the way up to 100% then nothing happened. I waited a good 15 minutes then decided to do a hard shut down by pushing the reset button on my tower.

When I tried to start my pc the monitor would no longer recognize that it was connected to a running pc and go in to power save mode. I attached the monitor to another pc and it works fine so it isn't the monitor. All the fans and lights on the pc are running except for the graphics card the lights are on but not the fans.

Anybody have any ideas on what I can do to fix this issue?

My system:

Windows 10 Home Edition 64 bit

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3800x 3.9 GHz 8-Core Processor

Motherboard MSI X570-A PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard

Hard Drive Samsung 860 Evo 1 tp 2.5 "solid state drive

Video Card Gigabyte Radeon RX XT 8 GB Gaming OC

Case Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply EVGA 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX

Optical Drive Asus DRW-24b1st

Thanks

Make sure the power cables from PSU to GPU are fully seated on both ends. Maybe remove the GPU and reinstall in case it's a bad connection.

If those don't do it, I suspect your GPU has died.

You've likely either got a HDD or a GPU problem. I'd try reseating everything, checking every cable/putting things in different ports.

If none of that helps, I'd probably be looking at an RMA, most likely on your GPU.
