Can I lower the Size of this PSU?

Just looking to save some money here and there and catch deals where I can, so wondering if I can bring this down to 550W rather than 600W with a Bronze PLUS

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Outt/saved/4zap

Is the current build, PCPicker says ~360W

It'll end up around there, give or take me messing with it a bit and checking for more deals as I start ordering tomorrow. I do play on doing some OCing to the CPU/RAM, nothing mindblowing but maybe bring it up to 4.0, and we'll see on the GPU, might boost that a bit.

Anyway, will 550W be sufficient even with some OCing, or should I hold firm on 600W? Much Appreciated.

Edit: Forgot, trying to keep it under $60 if I can manage that.

550W will be fine. As long as you have around 150W of headroom you're good.

If by oc'ing you bring it up to 400W on full load, you'll still have 150W left.

Thanks, just wasn't sure how much OC would bring up the wattage honestly, since I haven't used this CPU/GPU. and the http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine seems wayyy off, so I'm sure I did something wrong.

Much appreciated.

Edit: Nevermind, got the Calculator to work, brought me up to around 420W Recommended with OC.

This guy is a pro builder, and his builds are usualy quite perfect. This resembles yours, and he overclocked both the cpu and gpu. Also, tons of benchmarks :)

Hey thanks for the link! gives me a great baseline. Really been struggling with the decision to keep the 990FX board I'm gonna get, or scale it down and save some money, at the cost of future CPU upgrades. Ah, the decisions.

Ended up with 2x R9 270's, so I'm thinking 550 won't cut it now(The calc gives me ~505w min w/ OC to 4.0 on the 6300)

So think a 600W Bronze will be sufficient?
