Building a friend a $600 or less PC, need opinions

Here are the main functions: (1) Microsoft Office, (2) "Light" audio editing/recording (like Cubase or FL Studios), (3) Minecraft

With that in mind, the budget I was given is around $620.

Originally, I was going with Intel, but I switched to AMD because of budget restrictions. Any critiques or advice to make this better and/or cheaper, please let me know. Thanks.

Do you really need that sound card? If not you could get a dedicated GPU like a 750ti or 260x.

Really, the only graphic intensive thing he and his family (it's a family PC) is Minecraft...which is only sometimes.

The other stuff done are Office and the music editing, so I went with audio over video.

Oh, okay. Then the build looks good. The APU fits perfectly here. I don't really see anything to change
