would it be possible to build a pc capable of playing the latest games in high settings? i currently own a ps4 but am wanting to sell it and make the move to pc gaming. ideally it would be upgradeable, dont know anything about overclocking but i imagine it would be needed to build what i want for the price? is it something i could learn/do myself?

Medium settings at best. But what matters more is if you care about being able to play the game or care about how it looks. If I had your budget, I'd go with this:

As long as they game is playable, graphics are also a bonus! Can anyone advise on weather to buy the used spec i put up and use the left over £200 on upgrades?
