Would appreciate any comments on this build, if you have suggestions on newer parts to be used vs the one's I've picked I mostly looked at price and spec vs reviews. Some of the components may be last years model and may have newer or cheaper alternatives that would work well in their place.

The primary purpose of the build is for an under media cabinet gaming rig to use Steam Big Picture mode and potentially SteamOS whenever that goes live. As well as media streaming throughout my home.

Why a CPU cooler on a locked CPU? I recommend getting this instead
