For DotA, the second would get the best framerates. None of these even have a GPU. What is your budget?

Just suggest a Graphics Card that can max out Dota 2. No specific budget BTW! Any Graphics Card that can max out Dota 2 is fine.

A GTX 750 or an R7 260X would max it out, with a few dips. The R7 265 would be an even better option. Here's one with some awesome rebates. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

BTW are you talking about that AMD A10-5800K ?

Yes, it's an APU, so it'll get the best framerate without a GPU.

Ooohh . But you think it is the best for DotA even if I add GPU for the other build?

No, only without a GPU. The build I recommended will max out DotA on high/ultra settings. On occasion, dipping down as low as 45fps but not lower. http://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/AMD+Radeon+R7+260X/games
