Is this a good $1400 gaming PC build?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also I'm just going to be playing at 1080, but I want to be able to play most games at high-ultra settings for a while. If the price can be reduced then great. Lastly, would the airflow be good enough with only the stock fans that come with the case? Thanks.

The only two things I would comment on are you don't really need a 650w psu unless you plan on expanding in the near future, so you could get a lower wattage psu and save some money. Also, you could go for lower clocked ram at 1600 instead of 1866 if you wanted to save a little more money.
