These comments are not thinking about a budget

Storage- I would go with a PNY optima. Same capacity but at 100$ total. Your hard drive is very expensive with the storage amount. This one can save you alot of money http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st2000dm001. 2tb and only 80$

Case- It has plenty of room and looks BA. Sorry its on the more expesnive side for atx mid tower

PSU- Fully modular room to grow 80+ gold

GPU- I dont know if you are set on this one but I would reccomend dual 290's. It will be 800 total and more performace. Tell me if you like it or not.

This is your new build- http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZnQDkL

I saw the notes for the compatability settings. Would the mid tower case be able to hold the cpu cooler and both video cards?

make sure to check to see if anyone had any installation problems. I had a mid tower case prior to my current one that was "compatible" with a similar cpu cooler. The case was "compatible" in the sense that it had the screw holes for it, but my cpu power cord got in the way of the bottom of the radiator so it didn't fit properly and i had to mount it at an angle creating screw holes for it to fit. can i guarantee you will have this problem? no, thats why i suggest going on youtube or looking for reviews seeing if anyone struggled installing a 240mm radiator in that case with a similar setup.
