4gb 760 isn't worth it at all. For that money you can get a 280x, which is much better in terms of performance (just about on par with a 770), and has 3gb of vram

You can get watch dogs these days for stupid cheap from places like reddit.com/r/steamgameswap, hardforums and other places. I've seen them for for as little as 20 bucks.
