If you plan on overclocking, I would get the h100i or kraken x60. For ram, go with 2x8 sticks, so you can upgrade later on if you want. For storage, i recommend an ssd, samsung is a good brand, and western digital blue or black for the hdd. Also, your psu is way overkill, and not a good brand. If you are planning on running that 780 ti in sli, I would go with the 1000w EVGA G2. Also, you don't need a wired network adapter; the motherboard already has one. Since you are under budget, I would add an ssd.

I am keeping the Phantom 410, but everything else looks good. I might drop the sharkoon fan, due to the fact it doesn't really fit that good with the 410. Thanks a million!
