1st budget build, $600-50. Need Help!

I'm new to this build-your-own pc thing, but I've done my best to research the parts and compatibility. The CPU is set to $410 because it came in a bundle with everything else but the SSD.(also had 10% off purchase coupon) The SSD was just lying around in my house.

Should I keep this PSU, or is the original Solid Gear 650W:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7906003&SRCCODE=WEBGOOPA&cm_mmc_o=mH4CjC7BBTkwCjCV1-CjCE&gclid=CJrr_Lu99r4CFaE7OgodTA8A2g good enough?

I'm planning to mildly overclock the CPU, but is the motherboard okay? Also, should I change the Video card?

I can use up to an additional $50, but that's about it. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks!
