I would definitely try to find an aftermarket cooler for that CPU. Also I would try to bump up to a 600 watt PSU if you can. Other than that this looks like a pretty balanced build. If you're just trying to get something up and running for as cheaply as possible I think what you have should work fine - just keep an eye on how the stock cooler does with your CPU.

Oh and personally I hate the way that case looks, but it is good value.

Quick question. what if I increase my budget to $1000 dollars. Would this build be good. I will also buy aftermarket cooler later.

I'd replace the CPU with the 6300 and the GPU with a R9 280.. GPU power is a bit more important at that price point..
