I'm noob but...

general consensus is anything above a 4670k is overkill for gaming

It's only a few bucks but the CPU cooler comes with thermal paste pre applied

PSU maybe a little over provisioned if your staying single GPU, given your budget I'd change to seasonic too, they're prolly top dog PSU manufacturer

That case is HUGE, unless you've got plans for 3-4 GPUs with water cooling and a whole bunch of hard drives it'll look kinda empty... I'd prolly go for a smaller case* and put the difference to an ips monitor or other upgrade.

*edit. SFF/mitx builds are killer if you've got no major expansion plans

You've got top notch parts there, but you can do better for gaming. Minus the peripherals, you've spent about $2000 on core components. Give me a sec to play with that budget and I'll get back to ya
