I am about ready to get it. I am pretty happy with this build. Does it look like it's decent for the price? Any suggestions welcome.

Its for grad school and games, and programming software. Hoping to keep it up-gradable.

dont see why youre getting a spinpoint.

i know they were well made but they are old enough to the point the rarity drives the price up.i would just use a 1 tb wd blue instead.

I would get a 2x4gb for your ram, duel channel is faster than single channel

I was told I'd get less total RAM out of this motherboard if I used to sticks. I don't really understand why since it has 4 ports.
