processor AMD 8350

I compared both these boards side by side and they were identical from what I could tell. I plain on over clocking this CPU as much as possible and was wondering which would you guys choose, or is there a better option for a budget of about $140

Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard or Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0. Notice how it says Pro, not EVO. I have the Pro version, with a Seidon 240M I can get my 8350 up at 4.8Ghz stable without to much issue. I keep it down at 4.6Ghz though because 4.8Ghz crosses to the point of useless performance increase but major heat increase.

whats is the difference between the EVO and Pro? from what i could tell the pro allowed raid support, and added 2 esata ports which i dont need. I know its like $8 more for the pro but if i dont use raid or esata why bother? Is there something else thats different or more efficient?
