Windows 7 Pro 32-bit & 64-bit. Are the disks separate or do you have to pick one during installation?

On Ebay, there are for sale "Retail Windows 7 Professional" but in the listing it also states both 32-bit and 64-bit.

I only want the 64-bit version installed. is there a choice during the install process? Are there separate disks in the box for each version?

If I should buy this product, what do I need to know to avoid problems?

I have the Retail version of Windows 7 Home and it came with two disks one for 32 and one for 64. Use the 64 bit disk.

No. Should be.

Depends on the exact retail package, but many do have both discs. If that's what it says, then it probably is 2 discs.
