Hello, I am wondering if this pc: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Ww9pmG
Is good enough to run all modern games at low or more. I have a tight budget $400. So if you have any improvements in budget plz post them.
what about monitor and peripherals? have you got them already or need them to?
I have them, but can I use a HD tv for the monitor via a HDMI cable?
yes, as long as it can run the resolution you want.
Also you can go to www.systemrequirementslab.com enter your desired pc build and test it against the games you wanna play
Will overclocking improve my cpu and gpu?
I would use an APU instead of CPU, and it should work just as good as low budget graphic cards (or even better)
If it's still too high price maybe AMD A10-6800K will do the trick.

Submitted for your consideration:
CPU: = to 760, source http://www.pcper.com/reviews/General-Tech/Building-Gaming-PC-1080p-Under-550
More and faster storage
Better GPU: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-7770-vs-GeForce-GTX-750-Ti
This actually might be better from what I posted
Is it worth overclocking the gpu and cpu? because if i did i would get another fan
The CPU is not OCable but the socket is up-gradable all the way to an i7.
For $10 more , this GPU would be worth considering: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43753kr
This case comes with 2 fans STD. Better ratings as well. Edited suggested build. + $5
