Your build is pretty standard. i5 4670k, MSI z97 gaming, 212 EVO with 1600 cas 9 ram. With the R9 280 you'll likely be able to play on ultra and keep your frames at a stead 60fps. If you want any higher you'll have to upgrade your monitor to a higher refresh rate. Hope this helps :)
