You're not gonna get terribly high frame-rates with a GTX 750ti on Ultra but your card will do High pretty Good... Nvidia Graphics are better at AC, Amd Cards are better with BF... so ur choice

Thanks Israphel. I am not too concerned about 1080p if I can get a good fps at a bit lower resolution. Also, can you please tell me if this rig can handle gta 5 when its released?

In gaming, you want to focus on GPU.
Why not this instead?

Thanks a lot. Is the 750ti performance very low compared to R9 270x?

wow. seems r9 270x is very good compared to 750ti. So I've changed the video card in my rig (as the difference is not too high). So Can you please review the rig now? Is it good?

this Rig will be Able to Handle Gta 5 on upper-medium graphics when it will be released thO I would Recommend a 270x Like NanoTechno said (it all depends on ur preference of NVIDIA Vs. AMD)
