The link to the part list is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ForLackOfABetterName/saved/3jTPxr

OK. i am going for a black and yellow theme, and am aiming at modding my case into a panther face, so yeah, that's why i have the color scheme. I also want a silent PC that can handle a lot of gaming along with photo editing, digital painting, 3D, etc. I dont know if adding that many fans will be quiet enough, but i am hoping by a slim chance that it will be. Please correct me if you have an improvement or suggestion. Make sure to post here and also check out my other planned build. Thanks.

First off because you want a yellow and black themed build, I went against some of my more common recommendations to fit the color scheme:

Changed the cooler to an h100i so you can actually see the color scheme, otherwise it's entirely obstructed by the dark rock pro 3.

Changed the motherboard to a full atx motherboard, as it doesn't make sense to use an matx board in an atx mid tower case. Plus the shade of yellow is easier to match.

Ram: I dropped to 16gb because I wasn't sure that you NEEDED 32gb. If you know for fact that you do NEED it, then get another of the same kit. Mixing kits often times results in failure to boot (I've had this happen to me several times).

Changed the SSD because the Plextor is honestly way overpriced.

Changed the hard drives to barracudas because I can't imagine you see the extra $100 premium for blacks as being worthwhile. Take a look at some benchmarks online, the blacks are certainly not 125% better than the barracudas.

Changed the graphics cards to 2 780 lightnings by MSI. They're great clockers, and match the color scheme nicely. This is where I went against my normal recommendations as normally I'd say get a 290x for the price. Unfortunately, the only 290x that matches your color scheme (if you want to stay with black and yellow) is the 290x lightning, which is nearly 700 bucks. You could, however, go for an all black card like the XFX Double Dissipation or the Powercolor PCS+ instead.

Changed the case to a corsair because this way you can actually fit the h100i into the system.

Changed the power supply to 1000w initially because I was planning to see if I could fit the lightnings into the budget.

I changed the monitors because they are not really very good options. Buying a 27 inch monitor that's only 1080p will result in jaggy looking gaming and visible pixels. These are also IPS panels vs tn panels, which means wider color gamut.

I'm going to search around for better black and yellow fans, but none came to mind.

Honestly I kept the keyboard, but I'd definitely not keep it personally. At 150 bucks you can get MUCH better keyboards (pbt keycaps, backlit keys, etc). You could go check out www.mechanical-keyboards.com and find some great options they've got there (including yellow keyboards and backlit yellow ones).
