I have made another build and now I am not sure if I want this build or the original build I made a while ago. The computer will be used to play minecraft, planetside 2, and a couple other steam games. Here are the builds:

Which build would you guys suggest? The cases dont have to be those cases I just want a side panel hahaha so the cases might change later but the case doesnt really effect any of the internals so I guess it doesnt matter. I dont want to spend to much money on it because I am having a hard time getting money for the build (I dont have a spending problem, I am just 14 so I cant drive to work or anything hahaha)

Definitely the second one, more expensive but better GPU and non-stock cooler which will allow you to OC CPU more

Should I change the GPU on the first one to the one on the second and add a CPU cooler? Or just go completely with the second build? Oh and do you have any suggestions on a cool case? My main want in a case is a side window and I dont want it to be a bright color, its secondary color can be bright just not the main color.
